Japa
Japa literally means utterance or mumbling, Man (mun) means mind, Tra means to delivery. Mantra means to deliver the mind. The practice of Japa Meditation is to recite a mantra under the breath, aloud, or siletly to calm the mind. This is a free offering on Wednesday at 9am and Sunday at 430pm. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for decades come and be a part of these lovely morning sessions.
“Japa is your own relationship to Radha and Krishna without the consideration that your feelings are shared with others. One is thus free to allow the heart to flow and express one’s desperation for the eternal loving service to the holy name in a way that one can’t do in public assembly.”
